Meet & Greet

Meet & Greet appointments are scheduled after you have registered and completed paperwork. Go to the Sign In button and you will be able to create an account and complete the required documents. 


During the Meet & Greet we will:

  • Go over your pet's routined, feeding, medications, schedules, likes, dislikes in order to take the best possible care of your pet.

  • Review what you would like us to provide for your pet and understand your preferences.

  • Meet your pets and make sure they are comfortable with us.

  • Arrange dates, times, and lengths of upcoming visits.


We are a licensed, insured, and bonded company. All of our Pet Care Specialists are carefully vetted, background checked, and experienced. Please visit the About page to view their pictures. 


We do our best to accommodate specific requested times. Dog Walks are generally scheduled between 11AM - 4PM. Please allow a two-hour window around your requested time. Pet Visits may be scheduled from 7AM - 10PM and are based upon your pet's needs. 

All visits are followed up with an emailed Report Card detailing what happened in the visit including photos of your pet.


We do not have any breed restrictions. We love all pets, big and small!


Should a situation arise that your pet needs medical attention we will contact you immediately for instructions. We require your Vet Information on file in order to expedite getting them medical attention from their personal Vet and an Emergency Clinic in case of after-hours needs.

Cancellation Policy


  • Any dog walk cancelled 48 hours prior to the scheduled service will be credited for future use.

  • Any dog walk cancelled within 24 hours of a scheduled service will not be refunded.

  • Any dog walk that is not cancelled or is forgotten in which we travel to your home is not refunded.


  • Cancellations more than 1 week prior to the first visit will credit the entire cost to your account for future use.

  • Cancellations less than 1 week prior to the first visit will forfeit 50% of the cost and 50% will be credited to your account for future use.

  • Cancellations of less than 48 hours will not be refunded or credited in any way

  • Late departures and early returns are not refunded in any way. 


Each visit during a Holiday time period will incur a $9 charge. Observed holidays for 2024:

New Years Day - 1/1-1/2

Martin Luther King Weekend - 1/12-1/15

President's Day Weekend - 2/16-2/19

Easter - 3/29-4/1

Memorial Day Weekend - 5/24-5/28

Fourth of July - 7/2-7/5

Labor Day Weekend - 8/30-9/2

Thanksgiving - 11/26-12/1

Christmas - 12/22-12/27

New Years Eve - 12/30-1/2/2025


We accept Cash, Check, or Venmo. All clients are required to have a current credit card on file to secure payment.

DOG WALKS - are invoiced the week prior to the visits and payment is due by that Friday.

PET VISITS - invoiced immediately upon booking and are due within 5 days of invoice.
